Built within Timbers Preserve, this custom home presented a unique opportunity to create an almost entirely new residence while utilizing the existing foundation. The home's design, created by Moon Hill Design, was carefully planned around the original foundation, allowing the property to retain existing utilities while creating a completely modern mountain home. One of the project's greatest challenges was stabilizing a 24-foot concrete foundation wall that had developed a four-inch bend over time. Our team engineered structural reinforcements to restore stability before construction began. From framing assistance and material selection to subcontractor coordination and the installation of every interior and exterior finish, we partnered closely with the homeowner throughout the building process to bring this remarkable vision to life.
