Chris founded his prior homebuilding company, Seremet Development Group, in 1994, primarily operating in Denver for the majority of his career focusing on historic remodels and infill new home construction. He moved with his family to the Yampa Valley in 2018 to share in the natural beauty and work on the fantastic homes in the area.
