The old foundation had a 4” bend in the 24’ tall concrete foundation wall. Difficult to live in a foundation but an amazing opportunity to build a new home.
We executed a new home vision created by Moon Hill Design. We added structural reinforcement to stabilize the bend in the wall. The new home was configured to take advantage of existing utility connections. We assisted the owner with framing the home, material selections, supervising subcontractors and installing all interior and exterior finishes.
