Nestled above the shores of Lake Catamount, this custom mountain home was thoughtfully crafted to embrace its surroundings while blending rustic character with refined design. Reclaimed wood siding was incorporated throughout both the interior and exterior, complemented by handmade, hand-hewn beams, extensive natural stone, and warm plaster finishes that create a timeless transitional aesthetic. Working closely with the homeowners, we carefully refined the stone selections to introduce a more authentic mountain feel while preserving the home's sophisticated design. Every outdoor living space was intentionally positioned to frame the breathtaking views of Lake Catamount, creating seamless connections between the home and its landscape. Inside, custom cabinetry and a handcrafted built-in bunk room were designed using the same wood species featured in the game room, creating a cohesive finish that carries throughout the home. The result is a custom residence that celebrates Colorado craftsmanship while providing a welcoming retreat for generations to come.
